Host Plants for Eastern Black Swallowtails 🌿🐛
Milkweed is a must plant for monarch caterpillars, but it won’t support other common caterpillar species, including eastern black swallowtails.
Eastern black swallowtail females will lay eggs on several different host plant species, including Anethum graveolens, commonly known as dill.
